Some porcelain and crystal sculptures may require special handling and delivery that will be discussed with the purchaser on an item by item basis.

Standard Shipping:
- We ship most "in stock" merchandise within 72 business hours.
If you order any merchandise that is not available, it will be noted on your sales ticket included with your order.
Your credit card will not be charged until the item(s) are shipped.
All backorders that remain after original shipments are shipped by US Mail or standard ground service without any additional
shipping/handling charges.
- On all engraveable items, please allow 7 additional business days for delivery.
2nd Day Shipping/Next Day Shipping:
- We will ship "in-stock" merchandise the next business day (Monday-Friday only) if your order is placed by 1:00pm CST.
If your order is placed after 1:00pm CST or on the weekend, your order will ship in two business days.
All backorders that remain after original shipments are shipped by US Mail or standard ground service without any additional
shipping/handling charges.
