Jewelry and Giftware Return Policy

Within thirty (30) days of receipt of your shipment (including gifts), you may return jewelry and giftware items in their original conditions, no reasons required, for a full refund. We'll also refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for jewelry and giftware items purchased from, our online store. Only items that are defective or damaged can be exchanged or replaced for duplicate items. Items that are returned during the thirty (30) days after delivery which are in unsaleable condition, or are missing parts, will be charged a restocking fee at our discretion.

Watch Return Policy

The timepiece manufacturers we represent require their watches to be purchased in our stores in order that the functions of the timepieces can be explained and their accompanying warranties completed for the full protection of the consumer. As an additional precaution, the Lee Michaels one year extended warranty and return policy card must be signed and dated by the in-store sales associate. Therefore, in the event the watch you purchased in one of our stores must be exchanged or returned, our Watch Return Policy is in effect for fifteen (15) days from the date of your purchase. Because of individual manufacturer's restrictions, the timepiece to be exchanged or returned must be in pristine, unused condition. Where noticeable wear requires refurbishing, a minimal restocking charge will be deducted from the original purchase price. All applicable timepiece warranties, enclosure items, and the original box must also be returned intact.


We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.

If a gift recipient returns a gift received from an purchaser, a gift credit will be held in the recipient's name for the value of the return. The numbered gift credit will be mailed to the gift recipient at the same address to which the order was shipped. The gift credit may be used at any time toward purchases at Just have your gift credit number handy when placing your order. (Don't worry--we won't let the gift giver know about the return).

Packing and Sending Your Return

  1. Items being returned to Lee Michaels must be insured for shipping. For items under $500.00 total, we recommend insured mail. For items over $500.00 total, we recommend registered mail. Giftware shipped to you via UPS can be returned UPS if you insure the package.
  2. Pack the items along with the packing slip (receipt) securely in a box. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box if you prefer. Include your name, address, phone number, email address, and the reason for your return.

  4. Lost Your Packing Slip/Sales Receipt, don't worry! If you ordered the item yourself, you can still return it by calling us at 1-800-543-4367. What if the item was given to you as a gift, and you don't have the packing slip or the order number, no problem. Enclose a separate sheet of paper noting the name and e-mail address of the person who purchased the gift, along with the reason for your return, and send the package to the address above.
