        <p>Use either a mix of ammonia and water or a commercial jewelry cleaner to clean your diamond jewelry. Gently dip your jewelry into the cleaning solution and use only a soft brush to clean underneath the setting. Thoroughly rinse in tepid water.</p>

        <p>Clean your pearl jewelry by wiping it with a soft cloth when you take it off. Traces of perfume, hair spray, or any acid-based cosmetics should be removed as these can cause damage to the pearl"s nacre. If your pearl jewelry pieces show more soil than a soft cloth can remove, wash them carefully in mild soap and tepid water, rinse, gently blot with a soft cloth, and allow to air dry. For pearl strands and bracelets, gently wash them in mild soap and tepid water, rinse, gently blot with a soft cloth, and allow to air dry being careful not to pull on the silk cord on which they are strung.</p>

<li>Within thirty (30) days of receipt of your shipment for jewelry and giftware and within fourteen (14) days for watches (including gifts), you may return your purchased items in their original conditions for a full refund (minus any shipping fees), no reasons required.</li>
<li>Online purchases can be returned to any Lee Michaels retail store location or mailed back to Lee Michaels per the instructions below.</li>
<li>Items that are returned during the thirty (30) days after delivery which are in an unsaleable condition, or are missing parts, will be charged a restocking fee at our discretion.</li>
<li>You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return.</li>
<li>Items purchased as a gift will receive merchandise credit.</li>
<li>Custom orders such as monogram or engraved items cannot be returned or exchanged.</li>

<h2>Packing and Sending Your Return</h2>

<li>Items being returned to Lee Michaels must be insured for shipping. For items under $500.00 total, we recommend insured mail. For items over $500.00 total, we recommend registered mail. Giftware shipped to you via UPS can be returned UPS if you insure the package.</li>
<li>Pack the items along with the packing slip (receipt) securely in a box. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box if you prefer. Include your name, address, phone number, email address, and the reason for your return.</li>
